Mobile Care To Your Home Or Office
It is our goal at Adaptive Mobile Chiropractic to make healthcare struggle-free by bringing the treatment to you in the comfort of your home or office. My job as a Chiropractic Physician is to improve the function of your body and spine through specific chiropractic and orthopedic treatments. When your body and spine are correctly functioning the results are less pain, increased range of motion, and an overall increase in health and well-being.
Convenience & Longer Appointment Times
Let’s be honest, life is busy, real busy. Imagine not having to deal with getting the whole family bundled up and into the car or to take time off of work to fight with traffic, all to find yourself waiting in a lobby for just moments of time with your doctor. Dr. Phil will bring everything professionally necessary to your home, conduct regular treatments and checkups on your family, giving you more time to do the important things you need to do throughout your day. This special convenience of house calls provides you the ability to get better without the hassle.
Personalized & Gentle Treatment
We all have stress in our lives. Dr. Phil will work with you and evaluate your health, body and spine to find out how stress is affecting your ability to be the healthiest person you can be. Everyone is different. Every body is different. Your treatment will be adapted to your lifestyle so that it will benefit you the most with the best possible outcomes.
Exercise Prescription
As treatment progresses, assessments will be performed by Dr. Phil to prescribe specific exercises and stretches based on your individual needs.

Meet the Doctor
Dr. Phil Wilkins DC ATC CNIM
I have always loved being active and participated in sports throughout my life. My journey in healthcare began when I severely injured my ankle and had to have surgery to repair ligament and tendon damage. Starting rehab for my ankle I knew I wanted to help people overcome their injuries and become healthier. I found through that experience that I loved the human body and how it worked and had a real knack for it. This led to me earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine, and becoming a certified Athletic Trainer. After working as a trainer for a while, I decided to further my education by studying Chiropractic Medicine. I again furthered my understanding of the human body and its working as a Neurophysiologist. Unlike most other physicians, I have 25 years of experience with sports, chiropractic medicine, and in the operating room. I understand the role chiropractic has in helping people, but I understand the role of surgery as well, and work with orthopedic and neuro surgeons in helping patients receive the best possible care for their injury. My unique background makes me qualified to help others recover from injury and establish a healthy lifestyle. I understand that no two injuries are exactly the same, and that every individual requires a treatment designed specifically to their circumstances so that they might feel at their optimal best.
